| 摘 要： | 针对继电保护定值综合数据平台建设面临的数据集成和应用集成难题，提出了继电保护综合数据平台架构设计，讨论了综合数据平台建设的实现方案，分析了基于该综合数据平台高级应用的实践。结果表明，该综合数据平台可实现EMS系统、故障信息系统、整定计算及定值管理系统的数据共享和集成，为电网应用集成提供了良好的参考；且该平台实现了继电保护定值闭环优化全过程，已在多个电网省级调度单位得到了应用。

Practice and Research of Building Integrated Data Platform on Relay Protection |

| Abstract: | According to the difficulties for building integrated data and application platform, this paper proposes architecture of comprehensive data platform for protection relay setting coordination system. The implementation and practice of advance application for the comprehensive data platform is discussed. Practical experience shows that the integration data platform can realize data sharing integration for EMS, fault calculation system and relay setting management system, which provides a good model for distributed application integrations. The close loop optimization for protection relay setting coordination system has been realized based on the integrated data platform. It has been successfully applied in several power dispatching centers. |
