摘    要:针对目前非道路发动机市场应用环境的复杂性及对发电机性能和可靠性要求的不断提高,对发电机进行优化设计,使之满足目前非道路发动机应用对发电机的要求。通过优化发电机内部线路的设计,使客户接线不会出错,而且更加简单方便;通过优化发电机滑环室的密封方式,使发电机更能适应在粉尘工况下运行;通过优化发电机调节器内部元器件的材料,使发电机可以在煤矿等含硫工况环境中更加可靠地工作;通过优化发电机后端盖的散热方式,使发电机可以适应收获机作业时被秸秆覆盖的情况。这4种发电机优化设计可以满足目前非道路发动机对发电机的要求,降低发电机故障率,提高客户满意度。

Abstract:According to the complexity of the current application environment of non-road engine and the demand for generator performance and reliability,the generator was optimized to meet the requirements of the current non-road engine application.By optimizing the design of the internal circuit,correct generator wiring is ensured and is simpler and more convenient;by optimizing the sealing mode of the sliding ring chamber,the generator can better adapt to the dust condition;by optimizing the material of the internal components of the regulator,the generator can work more reliably in the sulfur-containing working environment such as coal mine;and by optimizing the heat dissipation mode of the rear end cap,the generator can adapt to being covered by the straw during harvester operation.These four kinds of generator optimization can meet the current non-road engine application,reduce generator failure rate and improve customer satisfaction.
