摘    要:在消防救援过程中,消防员依靠消防服保障自身安全,以应对复杂多变的热威胁环境。相变材料作为一种新型蓄热调温材料,其相态可在一定温度范围内发生变化,同时伴随着潜热的吸收和释放,可以抑制服装层间的温度突变。将相变材料应用到消防服中具有极大的发展前景,已受到越来越多学者的关注。相关研究显示附加相变材料的消防服能够延长皮肤达到二级烧伤的时间,其热防护性能明显提升。基于相变材料的调温原理,介绍相变材料的分类及其与纺织品的结合形式,对附加相变材料的消防服的相关研究进行综述。

Abstract:In the process of fire-fighting and emergent rescue,fire-fighters rely on the fire-fighting protective clothing for ensuring their own safety so as to deal with the complex and changeanle thermal threat environment.Phase change materials(PCMs),as a new type of thermal-storage and temperature-regulated material,the phase could change in a certain temperature range,accompanied by the absorption and release of latent heat,which can inhibit the temperature jump between layers of clothing.The application of PCMs in fire-fighting protective clothing had a great prospect and attracted a lot of attention from many scholars.Relevant studies showed that,the fire-fighting clothing with PCMs could prolong the time of second-degree burn on the skin,and the thermal protective performance of garment was significantly improved.Based on the temperature regulating principle of PCMs,the classification of PCMs and their combination form with textiles were introduced,and the relevant research of fire-fighting protective clothing with PCMs was summarized.
