能源互联网背景下的两阶段风电有功功率控制

摘    要:能源互联网发展的背景下电网向着与信息系统融合和多电源互联的方向发展。文中提出一种能源互联网背景下的两阶段风电与多能源协调控制优化策略。在日前/日内调度阶段,以平抑波动性为目标给出风场内部的有功分配策略;在实时调度阶段,以优化经济性为目标给出多电源协调调度的调整策略。结合实际系统算例,通过与传统方法比较,说明了控制策略的有效性。

Abstract:Under the background of the development of energy internet,the power grid is developing towards the direction of integration with information systems and multi-power interconnection.This paper proposes a two-stage wind power and multi-energy coordinated control optimization strategy under the background of energy internet.In the day-ahead/inner day scheduling stage,the active power distribution strategy within the wind field is given to stabilize the volatility;in the realtime scheduling stage,the adjustment strategy of multi-power coordinated scheduling is given with the goal of optimizing economy.Combined with the actual system examples,the effectiveness of the control strategy is illustrated by comparison with the traditional method.
