高功率超级电容器功率特性的影响因素

摘    要:以碳-碳材料为正负极活性物质、乙腈溶剂为电解液组装软包装超级电容器(65 mm×45 mm×11 mm),考察集流体类型(铝箔和涂炭铝箔)、极片烘干温度(110℃和180℃)对超级电容器功率性能的影响。以涂炭铝箔为集流体,在180℃下烘干极片,可提高超级电容器的功率性能。以360 C(25.0 A)在0~2.85 V循环的电容达到166.7 F,比功率达12.5 kW/kg。

Abstract:The active carbon and acetonitrile solvent were assembled to fabricate soft pack supercapacitors(65 mm×45 mm×11 mm),a series of key influencing factors for power performance of supercapacitors had been studied,such as collector type(aluminum foil and carbon coated aluminum foil)and drying temperature of pole plate(110℃and 180℃).The power performance of the supercapacitors could be improved by using carbon coated aluminum foil as the collector and the drying temperature of the plate of 180℃.The assembled supercapacitor exhibited high capacitance of 166.7 F when cycled in 0-2.85 V and 360 C(25.0 A),the specific power was 12.5 kW/kg.
