隔离型直流模块式光伏并网系统控制研究

摘    要:传统的光伏并网系统为了获得与电网电压相匹配的直流输出电压,需将多个光伏组件串、并联后经过非隔离DC-DC变换器,其结构扩充性较差,且无法实现每块光伏组件的最大功率点运行。直流模块式光伏并网系统采用高频隔离型DC-DC连接单个光伏组件和直流母线,并可根据实际需要将多个子模块相并联。该结构不仅具有安装灵活、维修方便等优点,还保证了每块光伏组件的最大功率点运行,提高了光伏电池的效率,且前后级相隔离提高了系统的安全性,适用于城市建筑集成光伏(BIPV)中。文章以隔离型全桥拓扑作为光伏直流模块中的DC-DC变换器,分析了直流模块式光伏并网系统的工作原理,对多直流模块并联情况进行研究,提出了控制策略。最后构建了直流模块式光伏并网系统的实验原型和仿真模型,验证了系统和控制的可行性。

Abstract:The DC modular photovoltaic power generation system, which is composed of a large number of PV DC modules and the central inverter module, has the advantages of flexible installation and convenient maintenance. It also effectively solves the problem of heat spot effect and power mismatch of photovoltaic cells, and improves the efficiency of photovoltaic cells. It is suitable for building integrated photovoltaic. This paper employs an isolated full bridge topology as the integrated DC-DC converter in the photovoltaic DC building module, analyzes the working principle of the DC modular photovoltaic grid connected system, studies the parallel connection of the multi DC modules, and puts forward the control strategy. Finally, the prototype and simulation model of DC modular photovoltaic grid-connected system are constructed to verify the feasibility of the system and control.
