电动汽车直流充电互操作性测试方法研究

摘    要:文章依据电动汽车充电设施传导充电互操作性测试规范,结合电动汽车充电原理设计了电动汽车直流充电互操作性测试装置,对电动汽车直流充电设施的互操作性能进行检测。设计的电动汽车直流充电互操作性测试装置,其特点在于可以优先获取充电接口连接后各个引脚的电压情况,并通过对电压值判断来实现对各个引脚的连接通断判定,以及实现对充电过程中的充电连接控制时序的测试,从而实现对充电过程中引脚的电压、通断、控制时序情况的全方位检测。该装置适合电动汽车充电设施现场检测与运行维护,对促进电动汽车发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:With the gradual popularization of electric vehicles, the performance testing of electric vehicle charging facilities has become an indispensable requirement, which is of great significance for the development and large-scale application of electric vehicles. This paper focuses on the research of electric vehicle interoperability. According to the principle of electric vehicle interoperability, the electric vehicle DC charging interoperability testing device is designed according to the latest national standards and specifications. According to the purpose of the interoperability testing project and the evaluation requirements and basis , testing each test item, and analyzing the test results. This study has important significance for the acceptance, on-site inspection, maintenance and operation and maintenance of electric vehicle charging facilities, and plays an important role in the development of electric vehicles.
