电碳联动环境下考虑社会效益最优的发电权交易研究

摘    要:随着清洁能源装机容量的快速增长,清洁能源的消纳问题日渐突出。全国碳排放权交易市场的启动能够很好地促进清洁能源的消纳。考虑到电力市场与碳排放权交易市场的相似性,文章建立了电碳联动环境下考虑社会效益最优的发电权交易模型,并与现有的发电权交易模型进行对比分析。最后,用文章所述的发电权交易模型进行算例分析。结果表明,与现有的发电权交易模型相比,建立的模型可以更好地促进清洁能源的消纳,降低碳排放量并极大地提升了社会效益。

Abstract:With the rapid increase of the installed capacity of clean energy, the consumption of clean energy has become more and more serious. The launch of national carbon emission trading market can promote the consumption of clean energy. Considering the similarity between the power market and the carbon emission trading market, the paper has established the power generation right trading model with the best social benefit under the electricity and carbon linkage environment, and makes a comparative analysis with the existing power generation right trading model. Finally, an example has been given to analyze the power generation rights transaction model. The results show that compared with the existing generation rights trading model, the model established in this paper can better promote the consumption of clean energy, reduce carbon emissions and greatly improve social benefits.
