基于振动信号指标能量的变压器机械故障检测

摘    要:针对变压器机械状态的检测问题,文中提出了一种基于振动信号本征模态函数(Intrinsic Mode Function,IMF)指标能量的变压器绕组、铁芯机械状态检测方法。根据IMF的能量特征,建立了基于IMF指标能量的二元特征向量。通过实验测试对比分析了正常状态与故障状态下,变压器振动信号基于指标能量的特征向量变化情况。研究结果表明,发生故障前后,变压器振动信号基于指标能量的特征向量变化明显,可以依据该特征向量对变压器的机械状态进行检测。

Abstract:In view of the testing problem of the mechanical state of transformer,a testing method of the state of transformer winding and iron core machinery based on the vibration signal of the intrinsic mode function(IMF)index energy is proposed in this paper.According to the energy characteristics of IMF,a binary feature vector based on IMF index energy is established.The variation of the characteristic vector of transformer vibration signal based on the index energy under the condition of normal state and fault state is compared by experiments.The results show that the characteristic vector of transformer vibration signal based on index energy changes obviously before and after the fault occurs,and the mechanical state of transformer can be detected according to the characteristic vector.
