摘    要:介绍了航运业温室气体排放现状,以及针对脱碳目标的主要减排措施:技术性减排措施、营运性减排措施及基于市场的减排措施。分析了以上各类减排措施对船舶主机的影响。在综合分析IMO船舶温室气体减排法规及相关减排技术对我国船舶主机、相关零部件技术发展,供应链建设以及复合型人才培养等方面的影响的基础上提出了发展建议。

Abstract:The status of greenhouse gas(GHG) emissions in shipping industry is introduced, as well as the main emissions reduction methods to meet with the de-carbon goal, including technical emissions reduction methods, and the reduction methods from the aspects of operation and market. The influence of these emissions reduction methods on marine main engines are analyzed. Based on comprehensive analysis of the influence of IMO marine GHG reduction legislation and relative emissions reduction technologies on marine main engine manufacturing, technology development of relative components, establishment of supply chains and training of inter-disciplinary talents in China, the development suggestions are given.
