Abstract:In order to improve the quality of NaCl and Na2SO4 salt crystals separated out from the high salinity wastewater of coal-chemical industry zero-discharge process,and improve the salt separation efficiency during the wastewater treatment process,inorganic salt solution was prepared according to the quality of the high salinity wastewater from the zero-discharge process of a coal-chemical plant in Ningdong,and then,was treated by 4 kinds of commercial nanofiltration membranes including membrane 1,2,3 and 4,the rejection rates of common ions(Mg2+,Ca2+,Na+,K+,SO42-,Cl-,NO3-)in the simulated high salinity wastewater were discussed;besides,the water flux and salt-separation efficiency by the said 4 kinds of nanofiltration membranes were investigated.The results showed that,the rejection rates of cations by the said 4 kinds of membranes followed the descending order of Ca2+>Mg2+>K+>Na+,the rejection rate of SO42-was 95%-99%,and the rejection rates of Cl-and NO3-were negative.The order of theρ(Cl-)/ρ(SO42-)value of 4 nanofiltration membranes on the produced side was membrane 1>membrane 4>membrane 2>membrane 3.Nanofiltration membrane 1 exhibited better rejection rate on inorganic salt ions and better salt separation efficiency.
