摘    要:分析铅酸电池充电时遵循的马斯三定律,提出基于马斯曲线的铅酸电池快速充电控制策略及参数计算方法。依据铅酸电池参数,结合马斯理论计算充电参数,从理论上论证该充电控制策略可实现快速充电。采用该充电控制策略对放电率为75%的24 V/12 Ah铅酸电池进行充电,可在4 h之内将电池充满电,在充电后期,电池表面温度维持在约30℃,未造成电池过热。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the three laws of Mas,a fast charging control strategy and parameter calculation method for leadacid battery were proposed.According to the parameters of lead-acid battery and the charging parameters calculated by Mas theory,the charging control strategy could theoretically realize fast charging.The 24 V/12 Ah lead-acid battery with a discharge rate of 75% was charged by the charge control strategy,the battery could be fully charged within 4 h.At the later stage of charging,the surface temperature of the battery was maintained about 30 ℃,which did not cause the overheating of battery.
