摘    要:针对钛酸锂电池大倍率放电电流检测问题,文中设计了一种基于单片机的非隔离钛酸锂电池大倍率放电全自动循环测试系统,可快捷测试钛酸锂电池在大倍率放电条件下的电压电流变化特性。该系统使用非隔离的采样电路记录钛酸锂电池在放电过程中电压与电流变化情况。以最低成本,并满足采样精度的条件下得到了钛酸锂电池在大倍率放电条件下的电压与电流变化曲线,与示波器采集得到的曲线进行对比分析,验证了系统采样结果的正确性。

Abstract:In order to test the voltage and current characteristics of lithium titanate battery under high-rate discharge condition conveniently and fast, a high-rate discharge test system for non-isolated lithium titanate battery based on single-chip microcomputer is designed, whose discharge current rate is about 100C. Single-chip microcomputer is regarded as the control core, and the voltage and current of the lithium titanate battery during the discharge process are collected in a non-isolated sampling circuit. Based on satisfying the sampling accuracy, the voltage and current curves of lithium titanate battery under high-rate discharge condition is obtained with low cost. At last, the curves from the oscilloscope are compared and analyzed to verify whether the accuracy of sampling results about the system and the desired design goals are reached. In addition, the fully automatic cycle test of high-rate discharge about the lithium titanate battery is also proved.
