摘    要:针对某型柴油机在工作过程中出现的滤清器支架失效问题,采用ABAQUS、FEMFAT等软件对该支架进行有限元分析。通过模态分析评估支架是否存在共振风险;通过静强度和疲劳寿命校核,评估支架是否存在疲劳失效风险。在此基础上对原支架结构进行了优化。改进后的支架随整机通过了可靠性试验验证。结果表明:支架优化方案合理,能够满足使用要求。

Abstract:The filter bracket of a diesel engine was broken and out of work during engine operation. To deal with this failure, ABAQUS and FEMFAT software was used to carry out finite element analysis. The risk of resonance of the filter bracket was evaluated by modal analysis. The risk of fatigue failure of the filter bracket was evaluated by static strength and fatigue analysis. Based on the analysis results, the structure of the filter bracket was optimized. The optimized bracket passed the reliability test verification with the whole engine. The results show that the optimization scheme of the filter bracket is reasonable, and can meet with the application requirements.
