摘    要:针对目前微波负载系统高功率、小尺寸、低价格的发展趋势,通过原理分析,结合HFSS电场仿真软件和ANSYS热力学软件设计制作了一种具有回波损耗低、尺寸小、功率容量大等优点的超高功率波导铁氧体负载。所研制的铁氧体波导负载在所需频段内工作性能良好,性能为:工作频率f=2998±5 MHz,输入电压驻波比VSWR≤1.06,功率容量P≥4 kW,器件成功通过高功率试验考核。

Abstract:Based on the requirement for high power,small size,low price of microwave load system,a kind of low returning loss,small size,high power capability ultra-high power waveguide ferrite load was designed by using electric field simulation software HFSS and thermodynamic software ANSYS according to principle analysis.The designed ferrite waveguide load works well with working frequency f=2998±5 MHz,input voltage standing-wave ratio VSWR≤1.1 and power capability P≥4 kW,and successfully passing high power test.
