FeSiCr合金粉与羰基铁粉及其在一体成型电感中的应用对比分析

摘    要:采用FeSiCr合金粉与羰基铁粉,通过干压成型分别制作外径8 mm的磁芯环和尺寸为4 mm的一体成型电感,并分别对比分析了FeSiCr合金粉与羰基铁粉磁芯环及一体成型电感的性能。试验结果表明,FeSiCr材料具有更高的磁导率和品质因数Q,且防锈性能更优异,但直流偏置特性相对较差。

Abstract:FeSiCr alloy powders and carbonyl iron powders are used to fabricate magnetic core rings with outer diameter of 8 mm and 4 mm molding inductors by dry pressing,and their properties are compared respectively.The test results show that,compared to carbonyl iron,FeSiCr material has higher permeability and quality factor Q,and better rust-proof performance,but lower DC bias.
