果蔬垃圾及餐厨浆液水解酸化处理试验研究

摘    要:针对果蔬垃圾、餐厨浆液水解酸化反应进行研究,考察了人工接种厌氧沼液水解酸化阶段中,水果垃圾、蔬菜垃圾、果蔬混合垃圾以及餐厨浆液在不同工况下pH值、 NH_3-N、 TN、 COD、 BOD_5和VFA等指标的变化,探究水解酸化液作为水处理反硝化外加碳源的可行性。结果表明:缺氧状态下,pH值、温度、机械搅拌转速分别控制在6.8~7.2、 37.0℃、 150 r/min,不同反应体系稳定水解酸化均在第4天达到峰值,VFA占COD比例为18.7%~23.9%, m(BOD5)/m(COD)为0.27~0.39, m(BOD5)/m(TN)为4.0~13.1,各原料均具有较好的可生化性,水果垃圾和餐厨浆液的水解酸化产物可作为优质的污水反硝化碳源。

Abstract:The hydrolytic acidification of fruit and vegetable waste and food wastewater was studied;the variation of many indicators includes pH value,NH3-N,TN,COD,BOD5,VFA and so on of the fruit waste,vegetable waste,fruit-vegetable mixed waste,and food wastewater under different working conditions in artificial inoculated sludge anaerobic biogas slurry hydrolysis acidification stage were investigated,so as to study the feasibility of using hydrolytic acidification liquid as additional carbon source for water treatment denitrification.The results showed that,under anoxic condition,the pH value,temperature and mechanical stirring speed were controlled at 6.8-7.2,37.0℃,150 r/min respectively.The stable hydrolysis and acidification of different reaction systems all reached the peak on the 4th day,and the ratio of VFA to COD was 18.7%-23.9%,the m(BOD5)/m(COD)was 0.27-0.39,the m(BOD5)/m(TN)was 4.0-13.1.It can be seen that,all raw materials have good biodegradability,therefore,the hydrolytic acidification products of fruits waste and food wastewater can be used as high-quality carbon source of sewage denitrification.
