Abstract:The quantitative analysis method for the mixture samples(multicomponent fiber mixture samples for short)of bio-based poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-valerate)/poly(lactic acid)(PHBV/PLA)fiber and other fibers(polyester,cotton,wool,polyamide 6)was studied by the combination of chemical analysis and infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that firstly,the contents of PHBV/PLA fiber and other fibers were determined by dissolving PHBV/PLA fiber in multicomponent fiber mixture samples with dichloromethane as solvent at room temperature,and the absolute error of this method was-0.5%-0.5% and the 95% confidence limit(-0.2%,0.2%);then the appropriate solvent was selected to dissolve the other fibers in the multicomponent fiber mixture samples to obtain PHBV/PLA fiber,and the contents of PHBV and PLA in PHBV/PLA fiber was quantitatively analyzed by infrared spectrometry,and the ratio of peak area at 1707.2-1731.8 cm-1 and 1731.8-2038.8 cm-1 was used as the corresponding mass ratio of PHBV and PLA to calculate the contents of PHBV and PLA in the samples,and the classical least square method was used to establish the model with the linear correlation coefficient of the regression equation fitted by 7 calibration points of 0.9978 and the correction standard deviation of 0.442 and the linear correlation coefficient of the regression equation fitted by 10 validation points of 0.9943 and the prediction standard deviation of 0.617%.
