Abstract:In order to explore the effect of electron beam irradiation on COD degradation from oxytetracycline production wastewater,based on the single factor experiment,the influence of initial mass concentration of COD,pH value and irradiation adsorbed dose on COD removal was investigated by response surface methodoly based on box-Behnken design principle,besides,the multiple linear regression prediction model was also established.The results showed that,the best COD removal effect was obtained under the condition that the initial mass concentration of COD was 320 mg/L,the pH value was 6.8,and the irradiation adsorbed dose was 261 kGy,the removal rate reached 80.72%.The model verification results showed that,the error of COD removal rate was within 5%,which indicated that the model had higher reliability.
