抗静电异形竹节再生涤纶DTY的制备及性能研究

摘    要:以167 dtex/48 f化学法再生五波浪一字型截面抗静电涤纶半预取向丝(MOY)为原料,在后加工设备假捻变形机上,利用自主研发的特殊异拉伸装置,制备111 dtex/48 f抗静电异形竹节再生涤纶假捻变形丝(DTY);探讨了抗静电异形竹节再生涤纶DTY的加工工艺条件,并对MOY和DTY的形态结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明:将特殊异拉伸装置加装在假捻变形机的零罗拉与第一罗拉之间,采用可编程控制器控制,可实现对MOY的不均匀拉伸;断裂伸长率为150%~170%的MOY具有良好的后加工性能,制备的DTY竹节效果好;以断裂强度1.87 cN/dtex、断裂伸长率为163.50%的MOY为原料,加弹速度为648~781 m/min,零罗拉与第一罗拉之间的拉伸倍数为1.50~1.60,第一罗拉与第二罗拉之间的拉伸倍数为1.05,异拉伸热辊温度为150℃,第一热箱温度为138℃,第二热箱温度为120℃,网络喷嘴孔径1.8 mm、网络空气压力为0.15~0.20 MPa时,MOY可纺性好,制得的DTY纵向外观呈粗细竹节状,粗节双折射率为0.20,细节双折射率为0.23,断裂强度为2.86 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为39.45%;DTY经织袜染色后颜色深浅不同,粗节颜色较深,细节颜色较浅;DTY的体积比电阻为3.9×1011Ω·cm,具有良好的抗静电性能,在后加工过程中MOY的抗静电性能基本保持不变。

Preparation and properties of antistatic profiled slub regenerated polyester DTY

Abstract:A 111 dtex/48 f antistatic profiled slub regenerated polyester draw textured yarn(DTY)was prepared by using 167 dtex/48 f chemically regenerated five-wave straight-line cross-section antistatic polyester semi-preoriented yarn(MOY)as raw material on a post-processing equipment of draw texturing machine.The processing conditions of antistatic profiled slub regenerated polyester DTY were discussed,and the morphology and properties of MOY and DTY were characterized.The results showed that a special profile drawing device was installed between the zero roller and the first roller of the draw texturing machine,which was controlled by a programmable controller to realize the non-uniform drawing of MOY;MOY with an elongation at break of 150%-170% had good post-processing properties and provided the good slub effect of DTY;the MOY showed fairly good spinnability and the prepared DTY exhibited slubby longitudinal appearance,the birefringence of the thick and thin sections of 0.20 and 0.23,respectively,the breaking strength of 2.86 cN/dtex and the elongation at break of 39.45% when the MOY with a breaking strength of 1.87 cN/dtex and elongation at break of 163.50% was used as the raw material and the process conditions were as followed:texturing speed 648-781 m/min,draw ratio of 1.50-1.60 between zero roller and the first roller and 1.05 between the first roller and the second roller,profile drawing hot roller temperature 150℃,the first heating box temperature 138℃,the second heating box temperature 120℃,interlacing nozzle diameter 1.8 mm,interlacing air pressure 0.15-0.20 MPa;the color of DTY was different after hosiery dyeing,i.e.the color of the thick section was dark when the color of the thin section was light;and the volume specific resistance of the prepared DTY was 3.9×1011Ω·cm,indicating a good antistatic property which basically remained unchanged during the post-processing process.
