纳米交换耦合稀土永磁材料研究进展

摘    要:纳米交换耦合稀土永磁材料是纳米尺度的软磁相和永磁相依靠交换耦合作用来提高永磁性能的未来磁体,是一种人工设计的材料,为稀土永磁材料提供了新的研究方向。从理论上,通过纳米交换耦合可以突破原有稀土永磁材料的最大磁能积极限值,有希望开创新的思维方式——从制备途径来研究第四代稀土永磁材料,而不是延续前三代从化学组成上进行探索。20世纪90年代,研究人员提出了纳米交换耦合稀土永磁材料的概念,到21世纪研究人员分别对SmCo5/α-Fe、Nd2Fe14B/Fe67Co33、SmCo7/FeCo、(SmCo+FeCo)/Nd2Fe14B等纳米交换耦合永磁材料进行了研究。通过新的制备工艺可突破原有稀土永磁材料性能的理论极限值,最大磁能积得到大幅度提高,为稀土永磁材料的高性能化提供了一个新的途径。

Abstract:Nano-exchange coupling rare earth permanent materials(REPMs)are the future magnets with nanoscale soft and permanent magnetic phase depending on exchange coupling to improve the performance of permanent magnets.It’s a kind of artificially designed material and provides a new research direction for REPMs.Theoretically,the limit of the maximum energy product of the original REPMs can be broken throuth nano-exchange coupling,which is hopeful to open up to a new way of thinking to study the fourth generation REPMs from the preparation approach,instead of continuing to the previous three generations from chemical composition research.In the 1990s,the concept and prediction of nano-exchange coupling permanent magents such as SmCo5/α-Fe,Nd2Fe14B/Fe67Co33,SmCo7/FeCo and(SmCo+FeCo)/Nd2Fe14B were propoesd,respectively.Through the new preparation process,the new material can break through the theoretical limit of the original REPMs,significantly improving its maximum magnetic energy.In recent years,the nano-exchange coupling rare earth permanent magnets provides a new way for the high performance of magnetic materials.
