摘    要:为了有效平滑风电出力,提出一种针对混合储能系统的双层模糊优化控制策略。利用小波包分解方法将风电场输出功率进行分解,根据混合储能系统特性进行功率分配;采用模糊控制对储能系统的充放电功率和荷电状态进行协调控制,在此基础上以混合储能系统的平均荷电状态及其参考值为输入,采用第二次模糊控制优先对混合储能系统中的超级电容器进行再次充放电功率优化控制,同时实现风电场有功功率的平滑输出;以实际风电场数据为基础,在Matlab/Simulink中搭建数学模型,经过仿真分析证明该控制策略的有效性。

Abstract:To mitigate wind power fluctuations effectively and smoothly, a two-level fuzzy optimal control strategy for hybrid energy storage system (HESS) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the wavelet packet decomposition method is used to decompose the outputs of the wind power, and the power distribution is carried out based on the characteristics of the HESS. Then the first fuzzy controller coordinates the charge and discharge power and the state of charge (SOC) of the energy storage system. On this foundation, the real SOC of the HESS and its reference as the inputs, a second fuzzy controller optimizes the charge and discharge power of the supercapacitor for a second time, and realize the smooth outputs of the active power of the wind farm simultaneously. Finally, based on the actual wind farm data, the mathematical simulation model is built with Matlab/Simulink, and the control strategy is proved availably by simulation analysis.
