含风光水气火蓄的多能源电力系统日运行优化调度方法

摘    要:针对当前多能源电力系统中大量弃风、弃光和弃水的问题,文中通过构建含风光水气火蓄的多能源电力系统日运行优化调度方法,有效提升可再生能源的消纳能力.首先,在保证火电最小经济技术出力及水电强迫出力的前提下,根据系统负荷大小确定可再生能源发电运行可行域.其次,在可再生能源发电运行可行域内优先安排风-光-径流水发电,若其满发有剩余,则安排抽水蓄能电站进行抽水,若抽水至满库容后风-光-径流水发电仍有剩余,则按负荷实际需求,按风电、光伏和径流水装机比例调降各自出力;若风-光-径流水满发后不能满足负荷需求,则优先安排可调节水发电,剩余负荷由火电、燃气和抽蓄电站以其总运行成本最小为目标来安排发电.最后采用CPLEX进行求解.实例分析表明文中方法能够提升可再生能源的消纳水平、减少非再生能源的消耗.

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of a large number of abandoned wind,photovoltaic and hydro in the multi-energy power system currently,in this paper,a daily operation optimization scheduling method of multi-energy power system with wind-photovoltaic-hydro-gas-thermal-pumped storage is constructed to enhance the capacity of renewable energy consumption effectively.First of all,under the premise of ensuring the minimum economic and technical output of thermal power and the forced output of hydro power,determine the feasible region of renewable energy power generation operation according to the system load.Secondly,wind-photovoltaic-runoff hydro is prioritized for power generation within the feasible area of renewable energy power generation operation.In this case,if there is still surplus at full output,arrange pumped storage power station for pumping.If pumping to full storage capacity,wind-photovoltaic-runoff hydro power generation still has surplus,considering about the actual demand of the load,reduce the respective outputs according to wind,photovoltaic and runoff hydro installed proportions.If the wind-photovoltaic-runoff hydro cannot meet the load demand after full generation,the adjustable hydroelectric power generation will be prioritized,in addition,the thermal,gas and pumped storage power station will generate the residual power with the minimum total operating costs as the goal.Thirdly,solve it using CPLEX.The case analysis shows that the method in this paper can improve the consumption level of renewable energy and reduce the consumption of non-renewable energy.
