我国混凝土外加剂现状及发展趋势

摘    要:目前,我国混凝土外加剂行业处于高速发展阶段.高效减水剂具有较高减水率,是使用最广的外加剂;以聚羧酸盐类为主要成分的高性能减水剂具有一定的引气性、较高的减水率和良好的坍落度保持性能,使环保型外加剂得到大量推广应用;含有阴离子、阳离子表面活性剂的新型增稠剂能够改善水泥浆体粘度且并不延迟水泥水化.另外还有膨胀剂、速凝剂、缓凝剂、复合型外加剂等均得到一定发展.聚羧酸盐系高性能减水剂和其它各种高效减水剂将在很长一段时间共存发展,并不断完善和提高性能.

Abstract:At present,concrete admixture in China is at high development stage. Concrete water reducer has higher water reducing ratio,which is widely used. The high performance water reducer mainly composed of polycarboxylate is environmental protection type admixture,which has air-entraining performance,higher water reducing ratio and excellent slump keeping performance.
