| Abstract: | The aim of this paper is to describe how micro-cracks distributed on the interfaces in a periodic stratified medium effect apparent properties of this medium. The problem is investigated for linear-elastic materials and under assumption of the long-wave approximation. The general results are illustrated by a simple example of two-component stratified medium. |
