摘    要:运用可靠性优化设计理论,充分利用传动的设计信息,建立了以减速器体积最小的目标的可靠性优化设计概率模型,采用网格枚举法寻优,用C语言与FoxBASE数据库管理系统混合编程,对HZT型工程机械行星减速器进行可靠性优化设计,不仅取得了减速器的重量指标比常规则优化设计更优的结果,而且定量地回答了产品在运行中的可靠性。

Abstract:Based on reliability optimal design theory and traditional design information, the probability model of the reliability optimal design is established with the objective of minimum reducer volume. The enumeration of meshes is applied to find the optimum and the relevant computer programs using C language and FoxBASE are developed. The calculating results show that the reliability optimal design gives better weight quota of HZT planetary reducer of engineering machine than those calculated by conventional optimal design method and can predicate the reliability value of the product in operation.
