M42高速钢的热塑性和脆性特征

摘    要:本文对铸态M42高速钢的热塑性进行了研究,发现在1075℃~1125℃之间存在着高的热塑性峰值区域,断面收缩率超过70%,延伸率超过45%。指出,在对M42钢进行热加工时,采取适当措施,可提高成材率。文章分析了M42钢较脆的原因,提出改善其韧性和塑性的措施。

Abstract:The hot plasticity and brittleness of M42 HSS have been studied in this paper. There is high hot plasticity peak between 1075- 1125℃ with ψ>70 % and σ<45%. This is suggested for the suitable temperature of forging. There are many micro cracks in M42 steel.They may be the source of fracture and response for the M42 brittleness. Another cause of M42brittleness may be twin martensite which have been found with a large amount in the temperng structure.
