| 摘 要： | 涤纶、阳离子可染涤纶与涤粘纱交织的仿毛织物减量染整中易产生的色花。通过试验、分析，认为减量加工不均匀和粘胶纤维局部损伤是引起色花的根本原因，并介绍了减量染缸的选择，提高减量时织物的布速，控制温度、时间、浴比等与减量相关的工艺参数，以防止色花问题的产生。

| Abstract: | Dyeing defects appeared in deweighting of polyester, cationic dyeable polyester as well as polyester/viscose wool-like fabrics were analyzed. It is found that uneven deweighting and partial damage to the viscose fiber are the main causes of the defects. The preventive methods are put forward , such as selecting suitable deweighting beck, accelerating the fabric speed, controlling the temperature, time, bath ratio and processes related to deweighting. |
