充填料挤压输送泵的研究

充填料挤压输送泵是一种用于矿山充填的专用设备。与矿山自流输送充填料工艺相结合，利用充填管路中垂直管（或斜管）内充填料浆自重和浆体沿管壁的屈服应力，将输送泵安装于充填管路中的适当位置，可将充填料浆输送到远距离的采场。与传统的混凝土泵相比，充填料挤压输送泵具有原理独特、新颖，技术先进，没有分配阀，结构简单等优点，是解决矿山充填料远距离输送难题的有效设备。

A Study on the Squeezed Transportation Pump for Filling Materials

The squeezed transportation pump is specialized equipment used for transporting fill in backfill mining. The transporting pump, combined with the self-flow transporting process which makes good use of the gravity of the filling slurry in vertical (or inclined) pipes as well as the yield stress of the slurry along the pipe wall, can transport the slurry to distant stopes when installed at an appropriate site in the pipeline. Compared with traditional concrete pumps, the squeezed transporting pump,which offers such characteristics as unique design conception, innovative and simple structure and advanced technology, provides an effective solution to the difficulty with long distance transporting of fill in mines.
