摘    要:当前火电厂烟气脱硫(FGD)设施建设不断加快,大型火电机组烟气脱硫均以石灰石-石膏烟气脱硫湿法工艺为主,并已成为我国燃煤电厂烟气脱硫的首选工艺.针对烟气脱硫湿法工艺是否需要进行烟气升温(即烟气脱硫是否需加装烟气换热器)的问题,对烟气换热器(GGH)的作用及安装与否的有关问题进行了阐述,认为石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺安装GGH弊多利少,不但不能有效改善我国总体环境质量,而且大大增加了企业负担,并影响脱硫系统的安全、稳定、高效运行.建议今后建设的FGD不宜再安装GGH。

Abstract:With the increasing development of FGD facilities, wet limestone/gypsum FGD technology is predominant for large-scale thermal power units and has been the preferred technique. This paper discussed the function and installation problems related with GGH and pointed out that installation of GGH is of more disadvantages for the wet limestone/gypsum FGD technique. That is, it is not effective to improve the overall environment quality, in addition, it is to impose belled on the future FGD.
