| 摘 要： | 针对立盘过滤机滤饼附液率较高的问题，主要从年心轴、分配头、扇形板及滤布选用等方面进行了深入探讨，分析了反吹风、进料分配器、滤液的排放方式等对立盘过滤机滤饼附液率的影响，提出了相应的改进措施。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the problem of high filtrate attachment ratio, deep discussion is developed in the aspects of central shaft, distributor, quadrant and adoption of filter cloth. Also analysis is done about the effect of back flushing air, feed distributor and emission style offiltrate on the filtrate attachment ratio of the filter cake in the vertical filter. Corresponding improvement measures are put forward. |
