大孔吸附树脂对黄精总皂苷的吸附特性研究

摘    要:选择8种大孔吸附树脂,比较其对黄精总皂苷的吸附率和解吸率的影响,筛选较优的黄精总皂苷吸附树脂,并对其吸附性能进行了考察,结果表明:LSA-30树脂对黄精总皂苷有较好的吸附和解吸效果.

Abstract:types of macroporous resin were selected to compare their performances in adsorbing and desorbing flavonoids in P.sibiricum Redoute. The optimum absorbent material for flavonoids in P.sibiricum Redoute was determined and its adsorbing behavior was studied. Experimental results showed that LSA-30 resin possesses higher absorption and desorption capacity. It is a better candidate for flavonoids in P.sibiricum Redoute.
