| 摘 要： | 建设项目的投资控制贯穿于工程项目建设的各个阶段,文章着重探讨控制投资的手段,运用各阶段实施主体的投资活动计划,采用科学的管理方法,把工程造价控制在一定的限额以内,保证项目建设投资达到最佳的经济效益和社会效益。

The thesis mainly approaches to the measures of investment control by applying the investment design of all the operating subjects and adopting scientific management, so that the building cost can be, controlled within certain limit and the building investment get the best economic and social benefits. |
