摘    要:炉膛压力控制是火力发电厂燃烧控制系统的一个重要组成部分,炉膛压力的稳定与否直接关系到机组运行的安全性与经济性。针对炉膛压力单回路调节系统,参考了国内外一些600MW燃煤发电机组的控制策略,提出了炉膛压力测量回路的信号处理模型,对如何进行压力测量信号的采集处理以减少系统波动的方法进行了详细的研究分析。

Abstract:The furnace pressure control is an important composition part of the combustion control system in the fossil-fuel plant and whether the furnace pressure is stable or not has direct association with the safe and economical operation of the unit. Aiming at the single-circuit control system for the furnace pressure the signal treatment model of furnace pressure measurement circuit was put forward after referencing some control strategies of 600 MW coal-fired unit both abroad and at home. The method of acquiring and treating pressure measurement signal to reduce the fluctuation of the system was studied and analyzed in detail.
