液动除尘器的除尘机理及应用研究

摘    要:对液动湿式除尘器的除尘机理进行理论分析,对其风量、负压、噪声、脱水效率、除尘效率等性能参数进行试验测试,结果表明,液动除尘器最大风量达到180 m3/min,负压达到810 Pa ,噪声约为85dB(A) ,脱水效率达到96 .5 %,除尘效率达到98 .22 %,各项性能参数达到预期目标。现场应用研究表明,液动除尘器具有无极调速、机载安装方便等特点;使用该除尘器后,距掘进工作面5 m处粉尘浓度下降了91 .6 %,取得了良好的降尘效果。

Abstract:Theoretic analysis was made on dust removal mechanism of hydraulic wet dust collector and tests were conducted on its performance parameters including air quantity, negative pressure, noise, dewatering efficiency and dust collecting efficiency. The results showed that the maximum air quantity of the hydraulic dust collector reaches 180 m3/min, negative pressure is up to 810 Pa, noise is about 85 dB(A), dewatering efficiency is up to 96.5% and dust collecting efficiency reaches 98.22%, all performance parameters achieved the anticipated results. The field application showed that the hydraulic dust collector is featured by step-less speed regulation and easy mounting on machine, and after the use of this dust collector, the dust concentration at the place 5m away to the heading face reduced by 91.6%, better dust collecting effectiveness was obtained.
