| 摘 要： | 本文在简述智能网发展概况的基础上,从智能网的业务交换点(SSP)、业务控制点(SCP)以及业务生成环境(SCE)3个方面考虑,提出了智能网的建设策略。并从智能网业务的资费、业务的选择以及业务的目标市场3个方面,探讨了智能网业务的营销策略。

| Abstract: | Based on the brief introduc- tion of the developments of IN ??and in consideration of three re- spects of IN,i.e.,Service Switch- ing Point,Service Control Point and Service Creation Environ- ment,this paper presents the con- struction tactics of the intelligent network.From three points of views,such as the service tariff, service selection and aiming mar- ket of the service of IN,the pa- per discusses the marketing tac- tics of the IN service. |
