创建学习型组织的机制建设

摘    要:创建“学习型组织”的目的是把学习与工作系统地、持续地结合起来,以支持个人、团队及整个组织系统的共同发展。以石油化工科学研究院的实际工作为例,提出科研单位创建“学习型组织”应建立的实施机制,以创新为根本,教育为基础,激励为手段,质疑为补充,评估为保证,不断提升组织的竞争力、学习力,使企业通过“学习型组织”的创建活动实现科研工作的可持续发展。

Abstract:The purpose of establishing "learning organization " is tocombine study and work systematically and continually,to support individuals,group and whole organization to develop jointly.Taking practice in this institute as an example,put forward that for establishing study-type organization,the scientific research units should base on innovation,take education as foundation,stimulation as measures,question as supplementation,estimation as guarantee,elevate power of competition and study of the organization,to make sure that the scientific research work can develop continuously owing that the enterprise establish learning organization.
