非线性多转子—支承系统的偏置同步响应

摘    要:利用等效线性化法将多转子-支承系统中的非线性元件逐次换为具有等效参数的线性元件,借助Riccati传递矩阵法稳定空间边界值问题,提出了分析多转子-支承系统偏置同步响应的等效线性化—Riccati传递矩阵迭代法。实例计算了装有中介轴挤压油膜阻尼器的双转子发动机的偏置同步响应。结果表明本法稳定性好、传递矩阵维数低、所需算机容量和机时小,明显优于模态综合法[1],特别适合于分析含有强非线性元件的大型多转子-支承系统的偏置同步响应。

Abstract:An equivalent linearization-Riccati transfer matrix iteration method is proposed,in which an equivalent linearizing method is adopted to replace nonlinear elements with the linear elements containing equivalent parameters.The offset synchronous response of the equivalent linear system is analyzed by using the Riccati transfer matrix method. The computation results show that the method has the advantages of Riccati transfer matrix method and is especially suitable for calculating the offset synchronous responses of large multi rotor bearing system with strong nonlinear elements.
