摘    要:碱金属与稀土金属掺杂对改善以 Fe_2O_3为基的陶瓷湿敏材料敏感特性与微观结构有显著作用.适量 K~+、La~(3+)离子掺入能明显提高材料本征电导影响低湿区的感湿灵敏度.借助 SEM、XPS、FI-IR 及 AAS 等研究了材料的表面特性.发现,亚稳态水溶性次相与亲水的 K~+ 离子在表面的富集、迁移以及迁移造成的损耗是影响铁系湿敏陶瓷材料稳定性的主要因素.

Abstract:The effect of alkaline oxide and La_2O_3 on the humidity characteristics and microstructureof Fe_2O_3 porous ceramics was investigated,the intrinsic resistance of Fe_2O_3 ceramics waslowered and the humidity sensitivity in low humidity range was affected greatly too,withproper doping of K~+,La~(3+) ions.Using SEM,XPS,FT-IR and AAS techniques,we studiedthe surface properties of doped Fe_2O_3 ceramics,and discovered that the main factors whichaffect the long-term stability of doped Fe_2O_3 ceramic material are the gathering,migration anddissipation due to migration of hydrophilic K~+ ion and water soluable metastable secondaryphase.
