摘    要:设计实现了一种用于单片集成脉宽调制方式控制直流一直流变换器的电流检测电路。通过功率管并联工作在线性区的晶体管的方法检测流过功率管或电感的电流,使其具有高精度、低功耗的特点。基于0.6μm BCD工艺,利用Hspice对所设计电路进行仿真。仿真结果显示,当电源电压为3V、功率管开关频率1MHz时,该电流检测电路检测精度为96.98%,功耗仅为0.112mW。

Abstract:An on-chip current sensing circuit, which is suitable for monolithic PWM DC-DC converter, is presented in this paper. The MOSFET which is biased in triode region parallel connect with power MOSFET to sense the current through the power MOSFET or the inductor, then this circuit is high accuracy and low power consuming. This current sensing circuit is implemented in a 0.6 ~ m BCD process and is simulated by Hspice simulator. The simulation result shows that the accuracy of current sensing reaches 96.98% and the power consumption is only 0.112mW when the proposed circuit operates within 3V supply and 1MHz switching frequency.
