节流调速系统建模与动态特性研究

摘    要:节流调速常用于机床进给传动系统实现无级调速,其动态特性对机床的工作性能影响很大,本文论述了节流调速系统数学建模法,动态特性分析及改善措施,为提高现代机械的工作性能提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Flow regulating velocity system is often used in feed actuating system of machine tool to realize Infinite speed variation.Its dynamic characteristics have a great effect upon the work property of machine tool.This paper discussed mathematical model of flow regulating velocity system,analysis of dynamic characteristics and the measure of improvement.It can provide a theory for improving work property of modern machines.
