挡边-滚子弹性接触状态的数值计算及工艺分析

摘    要:为了提高抗过热运转和咬蚀磨损的可靠性,即具有较高的极限轴向承载能力,在接触点处形成具有承载能力的润滑油膜是必须的。通过对91754EQ轴承滚子-挡边的弹性接触状态理论计算表明:与锥面挡边相比,圆弧挡边更容易建立这种润滑油膜,而且通过合适选择弧挡边几何形状尺寸使接触椭圆长轴重合于卷吸速度方向时,将能够得到更大厚比数润滑油膜。

Abstract:In order to increase reliability of anti-superheat operation and anti-gnawing wear, that is , to have higher limit axial capacity, it is necessary that forming oil film which can carry load on contact areas. According to the theory calculation results of elastic contact status of roller and rib of 91754EQ bearing, the conclusion is that the arc rib is more easy to establish this oil film than tapered surface rib, and so when selecting proper geometry dimensions of arc rib and the long axis of contact ellipse is superposition with wapped absorbing direction, lubrication oil film having higher film thickness rate can be obtained.
