摘    要:在引入打滑因子的基础上,以控制打滑为目标,提出了基于非线性规划法的取向硅钢可逆轧制工艺优化方法。在综合考虑取向硅钢冷轧工艺参数设定原则的前提下,对可行域内目标函数进行寻优,确定最优轧制规程。优化结果表明,采用非线性规划法优化的轧制规程符合取向硅钢冷轧生产设备及工艺要求,能够较好地反映冷轧工艺参数对轧制过程中打滑现象的影响,为实际生产中打滑现象的防治提供了依据。

Abstract:The installment, sortment and composition of automatic correcting deviation system used in continuous annealing furnace of cold rolled strip were described. Meanwhile, the theory of correcting deviation process was introduced.
