经纬仪测量系统在工业测量中的应用

摘    要:由数台经纬仪和一台计算机组成的经纬仪测量系统进行定基线前方交会测量,可以完成在工业测量中的单点坐标的测量,确定长度的测量和曲面型面的测量。在曲面型面的测量中,针对型面误差分布范围大小的不同提出了用采样值比较和采样值的均值比较的方案,实验表明测量精茺可以达到0.15mm,相对测量精度达到了0.00003。

Abstract:A theodolite measuring system consisting of several theodolites and a computer can carry out frontage intersecting measurement according to the fixed reference line. It can carry out the coordinate measurement for single point, measurement for determining length and measurement for curved surface and profile in industrial measurement. In curved surface and profile measurement, Sample values comparison and averaged values comparison of the sample values are proposed against the different distribution ranges of the profile errors. The experiments show that its measuring accuracy and relative measuring accuracy can attain 0.15mm and 0.00003, respectively.
