基于故障风险的状态维修检测间隔期的确定

摘    要:针对机械产品故障率随工作时间增加而增大的实际情况,提出了故障风险的概念。基于等故障风险,建立了新产品状态维修变间隔期检测模型,采用役龄回退因子描述维修后故障率降低的程度,建立了维修后产品状态维修检测间隔期模型,并进行了算例分析。所提出的方法可用于具有安全性故障后果或任务性故障后果的机械产品状态维修检测间隔期的确定。

Abstract:The concept of failure risk was put forward in allusion to the fact that the failure rate ot mechanical equipment increases with working hours. The interval varying test model of condition based maintenance for new equipment was constructed based on equal failure risk. The model for maintained equipment was proposed also with age reduction factor to describe the effect of maintenance which made the failure rate decrease. And an example was analyzed. The approach suggested herein can be used to determine the test intervals of condition based maintenance for mechanical equipment with safety or mission failure consequence.
