摘    要:模拟生物质锅炉过热器区的气相条件,对锅炉常用管材12Cr1MoVG进行腐蚀试验研究。通过试样的增重量,得出了腐蚀动力学曲线。利用配有能谱分析仪的扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪,对试样腐蚀后的形貌结构、元素含量和腐蚀产物的组成成分进行了分析。试验表明,12Cr1MoVG对气相中HCl的存在非常敏感,并且随着反应温度和HCl浓度的增加,12Cr1MoVG的抗腐蚀性能逐渐降低。

Abstract:Corrosion experiments with 12Cr1MoVG were carried out by simulating the atmosphere of superheaters in biomass boilers. Corrosion dynamic curves were plotted by mass gain. The metal test elements were analyzed after the experiments by SEM-EDX and XRD to detect the appearance, the elements contents and the composition of corrosion products. The results show that 12Cr1MoVG is very sensitive to the existence of HCl and the anti-corrosion performance decreases with temperature and concentration of HCl.
