油气集输系统的能耗评价与能损分析

摘    要:依据能量守衡与转换的基本定律,给出油气集输系统站、管道两类基本研究体系的能耗评价指标,并以其为基础平均加权得到系统的能耗评价指标,包括效率、平均管线能损率及单耗等,同时选择热损率和压损率作为集输系统各部分的能耗分析指标,可从纵向和横向两个层面对系统做完整的用能评价和分析,在此基础上的节能潜力预测才是合理、有效的。

Abstract:According to the basic law of energy conservation and energy conversion, with regard to plants and pipelines, two basic research objects of oil - gas gathering and transferring system, energy consumption evaluation indexes are established. On the basis of that, this paper proposes energy consumption evaluation indexes for the whole system through mean weighted method, including efficiency, the average energy loss rate of the pipeline and unit consumption and so on. At the same time, heat loss rate and pressure loss rate are chosen as energy consumption analysis indexes for each part of oil- gas gathering and transferring system in order to make a complete energy consumption evaluation and analysis of the system from both vertical and horizontal levels. The potential prediction of energy conservation on the basis of above is reasonable and effective.
