| 摘 要： | 该机采用间歇旋转盘式,在干燥室内通过机械手、微型定量注液泵,将负极盖、负极锂片、电解液、正极MnO_2片及正极壳进行全自动组装、检测、封口,最后输出。该机是机电气一体化程序控制。效能高,质量可靠,生产稳定,是较理想的替代目前国内手工组装的先进设备。

| Abstract: | This machine was designed with intermittent rotating disc with thirty-two working positions. In the dehumidified chamber with magic hand and micro Hi - Bar pump,battery parts would be assembled,detected < sealed. This machine was electromechanical-pneumatic-controlled. It is high efficiency, reliable and stable and could replace the hand assembling process. |
