| 摘 要： | 为了适应网络化制造模式下对DNC系统的功能要求,提出一种基于以太网的面向串行通信机床的DNC系统(PowerDNC).系统以ZWORLD公司生产的BL2010单板机为DNC系统控制器,从信息采集的角度,阐述了系统的物理、逻辑和程序结构,介绍了机床信息采集系统的功能模型.实验证明,系统能够实现对数控机床信息的有效管理,对提高数控设备利用率、促进产品的敏捷制造具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | To meet the function-requirement for DNC system oriented networked manufacturing, a Ethernet-based DNC system (called PowerDNC) oriented serial communication machine tool is presented. Using the BL2010 SCM as DNC controller, the physical structure, the logical structure and the program structure for the data acquisition system are discussed. At the same time, the function-model is provided. Combing with the test of the PowerDNC system, the effective management of NC machines can be realized. The system proves to be significant in heightening utilization ratio of NC machine and in agile manufacturing of production. |
