焊接热影响区晶粒尺寸对腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展机理的影响

摘    要:利用焊接热模拟技术,研究了焊接热影响区粗晶区内不同晶粒尺寸对腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展的影响,得出了在模拟海水条件下,A537钢热影响区组织的da/dN-△K关系曲线,认为断口粗糙度对裂纹扩展速率有很大影响,同时发现在自腐蚀电位条件下,对应力腐蚀不敏感的材料,也会产生应力腐蚀疲劳。

Abstract:The effect of grain sizes in the coarse-grained region of HAZ on the mechanism of the corrosion fatigue crack growth is studied with thermal simulation technique. It is srggested that the fracture surface roughness hasa great effect on the crack growth rate under the condition of NaCl 3. 5% solution. And it is found that under selfcorrosion potential condition materials that are not sensitive to stress-corrosion will still show the stress-corrosionfatigue behavior.
